Our history

As a result of the spirit of independence and perseverance of its founder, Reuter-Wagner Fiduciary was created in 1986 by the initiative of Bernadette Reuter-Wagner, a CPA and company reviser.

After ongoing organic growth over some twenty years and various changes to the organization and corporate status, the fiduciary was overhauled in 2008 to give rise to Cabexco Fiduciary, determinedly devoted to modernity by still faithful to its original values of proximity and anticipation with regard to its clientele.

Managed by 3 associates and comprised of a team of more than 30 people, a third of whom are CPAs, all enrolled in the Order, Cabexco is a recognized agent in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg that is profoundly invested in the local economic fabric.

Every day, our firm deals with nearly 1,000 clients, SMEs, SMIs, learned professionals, individual entrepreneurs, artisans, business owners, associations and organizations, financial companies, real estate firms and Luxembourg subsidiaries of international groups listed on the stock market.

The spirit of independence and willingness that have prevailed since its creation can still be found today in the determination of our firm to encourage and support companies that have been established for a long time or project by young entrepreneurs, women business leaders, innovative companies and agents who wish to invest in the sector of new technologies in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Because the domain of business, the degree of maturity, the scope and projects are different from one company to another, our offer can be adapted to your needs.
Our scope of intervention may now be more or less extended and will affect one or several of the following missions:

Bookkeeping

We will indicate a method to file your accounting documents (purchase invoices, sale invoices, bank statements, contracts, subscriptions, miscellaneous substantiating paperwork, etc.) and you will only need to give them to us on schedule and filed as defined together. We will take care of entering the documents and accounting for them.

Supporting you with your bookkeeping

We will find out about the organization of your accounting department, give you our diagnostics and support you in the event of operational difficulties.
You will take care of entering the documents and accounting. We will intervene if needed on a case-by-case basis, before an audit, or to adjust your system afterward for a review or an in-depth inspection of accounting data-entry by you.

Setting up intermediary accounting solutions

In order to implement real leadership of your company in all its components, especially in terms of proactiveness, anticipation and setting up your development and investment projects, we will set up intermediary accounting solutions for your company on a monthly, quarterly or bi-annually basis. These solutions may serve as an occasion to take stock of your financial situation overall and the economic development of your company.

Setting up annual accounts and consolidation

We will set up annual accounts under applicable legal provisions.
