Focusing on ballet technique, training classes include fitness, pilates, barre and stretching techniques for a total body workout. Open to all levels of ability and experience, ballet classes offer students of all ages the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of group classes. These classes allow students to practice with the whole body, refine a graceful posture, and achieve a sculpted and fit ballerina body. In addition to group ballet classes, private lessons are also available upon request. These classes allow students to further improve their ballet technique and take part in ballet repertoire classes.

Classes begin with barre work (warm-up and strength), core exercises (arm repertoire, cardio and ballet) and culminate in floor work (legs, burns, stomach and upper body). Stretching exercises take place at the end of the class. Classes are followed by selected music styles ranging from classical to contemporary, chosen specifically for each exercise group. Classes last approximately 80 minutes.
