For several years now, Dussmann Catering has been providing you with high quality catering, with an emphasis on local products. In our opinion, quality is first and foremost about flavoursome food and nutritional balance, both of which are of course top priorities for us.
We are specialists in managing every aspect of institutional restaurants in public and private educational establishments, hospitals and clinics, meals on wheels and a high-end catering service under the Culinaris Party & Dinner brand which can organise any type of reception or celebratory event for you.

Our services

We provide healthy, tasty meals for:

• Day nurseries: menus are created especially to meet the nutritional needs of young children and to introduce children to a wide range of flavours, while being well balanced and packed with nutrients. In addition, we support teachers and parents in their efforts to instil healthy eating habits in children by means of activities and advice.

• Hospitals: Dussmann Catering provides menus that meet the institution's specific requirements and are tasty for patients. We work closely with our customers and with dieticians to provide a service tailored to the most detailed dietary requirements. We can also provide catering for hospital staff via a welcoming staff restaurant with the option of providing staff with a wonderful Italian coffee bar.

• Nursing homes and care homes: We offer full menus that are both tasty and suitable for older people's specific dietary needs in order to preserve and help improve health throughout old age.

• Company restaurants: Offer your staff food that is light and fresh. Because it is difficult to eat healthily during the working day, Dussmann Catering provides you with healthy menus that are based on fresh, highly nourishing products as well as being adapted to your requirements.

• Restaurants in educational establishments: In addition to healthy, delicious food, we provide schoolchildren with tips for varied and healthy eating and we offer them classes and practical information.
