Gare de Dudelange - Ville L-3475 Dudelange, Luxembourg
Since its installation in 1993 in the superbly renovated Gare Dudelange-Ville, the Galerie Dominique Lang has seen a considerable influx of visitors.
When it was created in 1973, no one could have foreseen that the small exhibition space on the ground floor of the Town Hall would give birth in 20 years to a large contemporary art gallery. Its vocation is to allow everyone access to art and culture under the best conditions. As a guarantor of cultural plurality, it constitutes an experimental place capable of taking the necessary risks for the dynamism of art.
Nei Liicht Art Centre
Created in 1982 in the former villa of the director of ARBED, the Nei Liicht art centre was for a long time the one and only place in Luxembourg to be devoted exclusively to photographic art. Over the years, it has been able to offer a representative panorama of classical and modern, Luxembourgish and international photography. Today photography has taken its place in the world of contemporary art and there is no longer any reason to isolate it in a particular space. Thus the NL art centre is dedicated to the visual arts, where plastic photography and video art have an important place.
