Restaurant Relais du Château de Betzdorf

For more than 25 years now, the Restaurant du Château, run by Mr and Mrs Ambrogi - Schroeder, has placed the quality of the product at the heart of its concerns.

Our restaurant offers traditional Luxembourg cuisine with meat from the region. The chef is in direct contact with the producer, who is involved in an extensive farming project in Mensdorf, a neighbouring village in the Betzdorf commune. The result is high-quality meat that is showcased at the château restaurant in Betzdorf and elsewhere. Our meat is used to prepare delicious dishes such as Riesling pâté, pot-au-feu, râgout, tartare, etc.

This tasty, tender meat with little fat is a regular feature on the menu. The Château's restaurant uses only Galloway beef, originally from Scotland, from cattle reared in Luxembourg's nature reserves.

Respecting animals and nature is one of the keys to respecting consumers and gastronomy.
