Counseling

Counseling can support you on your path to healing and recovery. It can help you regain self-confidence and reconnect with your resources, so that you can gradually take back control of your life.

Sessions may be scheduled on an occasional or more regular basis. In most cases, 2 to 6 sessions will help you improve your situation and move closer to your goal.

Coaching

Coaching focuses on your work life, and may be instigated by your employer or yourself. It is usually limited to 5–10 sessions.

Coaching mainly concentrates on achieving goals (e.g. career moves and project support) or resolving conflicts in the workplace.
