Since the creation of the Bailiffs' Office BIEL & GALLÉ, experience has been combined with dynamism. The wish of the two partners was to have a well organised firm where modernism meets team spirit. Since then, the firm and its activities have continued to grow, and it now has more than ten employees.
Among the employees of the Bailiffs' Office BIEL & GALLÉ are three or even four languages. Four of the employees are university graduates, three of whom have a law degree.
The team of employees forms two groups which are specialised in two different fields. One of the two groups deals mainly with procedural acts, both judicial and extrajudicial. The second group deals with enforcement cases (collections, evictions, etc.).
Our services :
RECOVERY
First of all, it should be noted that there are two types of recovery. A distinction must be made between amicable collection and enforced collection. In both cases, the judicial officer will play the role of conciliator in order to carry out the mandates for which he is responsible.
THE JUDICIAL OFFICER
The judicial officer ensures that justice is done! By this fact, the profession of judicial officer is a noble profession!
We will try to list here universally some of the tasks of the judicial officer:
Enforcement of judgements (collections, evictions, etc.)
Service of extrajudicial documents and judicial documents
Statements of facts
Competitions
Forced sales and free sales
THE DEEDS
The judicial officer, who is a Ministerial Officer and auxiliary of justice, serves the Law and Justice in his function of significator of acts. Indeed, the New Code of Civil Procedure and also the Commercial Code provide for the modalities according to which the service of judicial and extrajudicial documents must be carried out.
