Real estate Development Company whose business activity is the development, design, management, planning, coordination and implementation of residential and commercial buildings in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Based on over 35 years experience in real estate development, including 25 years in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, ASARS Constructions was founded in 1998 and is now accepted by the general public despite its modest size. Its founder, R. Agaajani, was interested in the realisation of large, high-standard projects throughout the country, allowing him to win the “Bauhärepräis” prizes in 2004 and 2012, as well as several international competitions in the framework of developing the Luxembourg-Kirchberg Plateau and Belval.

Family Construction Company, now in its second generation, led by highly qualified engineers in the field of construction and civil engineering, combining experience, knowledge and innovation.

Always attentive to the development of European standards and regulations, management and site managers regularly attend training courses and are always surrounded by consulting firms specialised in the fields of geo-technical engineering, consulting engineers, special techniques, health and safety and insurance.
