La Cave à Fromages
La Cave à Fromages is a traditional cheesemaker’s operating since 2010 in Luxembourg by Pierre Avon, Master Cheesemaker, and his wife Chantal Sont. Also available on site is a cheese dining area and a wine bar (30 wines by glass) and a beautiful terrace seating 40.
Located near the Sofitel at the train station, at the corner of Rue Bender, open late during the week (til 7pm) and even until 10pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
La Cave à Fromages offers:
- a wide selection of more than 160 kinds of artisanal farmed cheeses made with raw milk, aged, and coming from a selection of more than 80 producers
- an assortment of artisanal dry deli meats from various regions
- a selection of 100 wines from various countries, from small producers to the biggest vintages
- tastings for companies, at home or on site, with more than 20 different themes.
