History

• 1947 Foundation of the parent company in Weilburg-Gaudernbach by civil engineer Walter Feickert.

• 1963 Continuation of the company by Mrs. Tilli Feickert.

• 1971 Civil engineer Rudolf Feickert joins the company and takes over the management.

• 1980 Foundation of the company FEGA-Metallbau- und Handelgesellschaft mbH in Weilburg-Gaudernbach.

• 1991 Entry and majority takeover by civil engineer Rudolf Feickert in the company Selke-Bau, change of name to Rudolf Feickert GmbH, Allgemeiner Ingenieurbau, Ermsleben am Harz.

• 1993 Foundation of the company Reinhard Feickert GmbH, Allgemeiner Ingenieurbau in Witzleben/Ilm.

• 1998 Takeover of numerous industrial agencies and development of trading activities at FEGA-Metallbau- und Handels GmbH. Certification of Walter Feickert GmbH, general civil engineering and special civil engineering, according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

• 1999 Conversion of the company Walter Feickert GmbH & Co.KG into a GmbH. Merger of the Feickert companies into a group; foundation of FVB Feickert Verwaltungs und -beteiligungs GmbH as the administrative and controlling body of the group. The individual companies remain legally independent and operate independently in their regional market.

• Certification of Rudolf Feickert GmbH according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

• 2000 The shareholders Thore, Arne, Ragnar and Hauke Feickert join FVB Feickert Verwaltungs und Beteiligungs GmbH. Certification of Reinhard Feickert GmbH according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

• 2007 Foundation of the company Feilux GmbH, General Civil Engineering - Special Civil Engineering in Luxembourg.

• 2012 Ragnar Feickert is appointed managing director of the company Walter Feickert GmbH.
