Presentation

Our company, A.T.S. Cranes S.A., with headquarters in Frisange, was created on 12.27.2002 by the following three people from the field of crane work:

• Cary Arendt (34 years of experience)

• Karl Trippel (42 years of experience)

• Birgit Steil (32 years of experience)

We have a fleet of 16 truck cranes. It includes the largest registered crane in Luxembourg – a DEMAG AC 500/2 truck crane weighing 500 tons – brought into service in April of 2004.

In addition, ATS Cranes S.A. has partnered with the STEIL group, which has businesses in Trier and Bous (Saarland). This allows us to move loads weighing no less than 800 tons in the spheres of activity of Luxembourg, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, northern France and Belgium.

The service offerings of ATS Cranes S.A. also include oversize loads, truck repair operations, the renting of forklifts and construction sites, as well as comprehensive logistics solutions in the area of heavy logistics (e.g. comprehensive business relocations).

Thanks to our extensive range of services, our qualified personnel and around-the-clock availability, including weekends, we have for many years enjoyed the trust of our customers, such as Cargolux (large package loading onto airplanes), Enercon (wind power installation throughout the whole of Europe), Saint-Gobain (glass), the Bitburger brewery and BASF (maintenance and installation work).

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

ATS Cranes is a leader in the areas of special craning and oversize loads (a few examples below).

Examples in the area of special craning:

• The windfarm of Kehmen-Bourscheid.

• 16 concrete girders loaded by a special crane measuring 94 meters high.

Examples in the area of oversize loads:

• 180 tons hauled without incident.

• Impressive assembly work for the new sports complex.

• An automatic telescopic crane weighing 180 tons in operation at the site of the learning center.

• A 122-ton colossus on his way to Vianden.
