Bijouterie Kayser-Reinert

The jewelry and watchmaking establishment Kayser-Reinert was founded in 1912 in Esch-sur-Alzette by Mr. Jean-Pierre Kayser, a graduate of the School of Watchmaking in Besançon.

After gaining a reputation in the southern part of the country, the KR house changed its address in 1958 and moved to 46 Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg City. In the same year, the management of the house was taken over by Mr. Jean Kayser, son of Jean-Pierre and also a graduate of the School of Watchmaking in Besançon.

Today, with Norbert Kayser, the third generation has taken over the flagship and leads the house. In 1987, he obtained his diploma from the School of Watchmaking in Geneva, followed by 2 years of jewelry studies at the Louvre School in Paris. He also received his master's certificate from the Chamber of Trades of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 1990.

To further refine his training and to offer his clientele a service of the highest quality, Norbert Kayser then specialized in gemology. In 1991, he attended courses at various international institutes and obtained prestigious diplomas in gemology.

Today, he holds diplomas from the Hoge Raad Vor Diamant Antwerpen, the Gemological Institute of America, and the Deutsche Gemmologische Fachhochschule für Edelsteinkunde, Idar-Oberstein.

In 1999 and then in 2013, the Kayser-Reinert jewelry and watchmaking underwent extensive renovations and remodeling.

Since then, customers are welcomed in a modern, luxurious, and highly secure environment. The infrastructure has been designed so that customer contact can be easily made and, if necessary, with complete discretion.
