Brand-new "3D" capillary implanting ...

The high demand for capillary implants for all places and all circumstances, both personally and professionally, that has led to the development of hair implants over the past decade.

The solution is not in strip implants (or FUT), which is slowly being abandoned, especially because of the large, painful scar it causes, but also and especially because of the insufficient density results, looking more like “leek fields” on some, or at least “doll’s hair”.

People are now turning to FUE, which is named differently by each center or renamed with the name of the clinic, promising miracles and absurd quantities of hair, a technique impossible to perform, if not only to end up with measly tuft of hair, if it doesn’t look like “arm hair”. 1,000 implants of one hair each can be done in a single day, but it only covers the surface area of an egg, all at a price between 4 and 10 thousand euros. Exotic countries that have make loftier claims are lying. New, so-called automatic devices don’t save much time and can damage implants.

The brand-new hair implanting called “MAXIgreffe 3D”, since 2013, goes in the exact opposite direction as the current trend; instead of reducing the diameter of the punch, it uses punches beyond 2mm wide, but especially, instead of dispersing implants on the front the head, it clusters them as much as possible, no longer resembling a sickly “leek field”, but “very tight hair” due to the 4 to 8 follicles taken at once, along with their nourishment and protection by a drop of fat 2mm in diameter. They are injected 3-4mm underneath the skin. The skin of the implant itself, which with older implanting techniques, spaced out the implants from each other, is now not implanted, but simply eliminated and will fall out by itself after 2 weeks as a scab off the scalp. All this leaves no more scarring that with FUE. In total, with this method, you get: higher hair density and better quality, identical to the donor area, without pain, without scarring and in a single session for a surface area of a third of the crown, unlike other methods that use further sessions to get a lower density: 2 to 3 sessions are needed with strip (FUT) methods and 4 to 6 with FUE.

This all-new “3D” capillary transplant method alone can give amazing results to the front of the hairline, like M-Pokora and David Beckham. It can also be applied to advanced balding (up to Hamilton Stage 7) and densely fill in the vertex and thinning crowns (called by some as simply “receding hairline”), which is impossible in only one session with the other methods.
