The company was founded in 2001 by Marc SCHERRER and a partner under the name of CORDIAL IMMOBILIER to work in the Luxembourg real estate market.

In early 2008, Marc SCHERRER took over the company alone and decided to give it new momentum by building on the Abri&co brand created by Marc SCHERRER in order to join the key players in the Luxembourg real estate and insurance market.

Today, with its extensive experience, Abri & Co deals with real estate transactions, purchases and resales, sales of property on future completion, and developments. In order to expand its service to clients, Abri&co, in partnership with the Luxembourg insurance market leader the Foyer Group, also offers the full range of products and services offered by a leading insurance agency.
