We offer a fully equiped gym with cardiovascular equipment, weight machines and free weights.

We offer the following fitness classes:

Spin Cycling  

Indoor cycling in a group with an instructor to the beat of the music. Alternating between high and low speeds as well as high and low resistances. Nothing burns calories faster. The resistance determines the intensity of the work out and each participant sets theirs to suit their level of fitness. Suitable for all, 

Spin Combo 

Indoor cycling for 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of free weight work to tone the upper body. 

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) 

A full work out starting with energetic cardiovascular exercises and finishing with toning. 

Pilates 

A class with slow controlled movements concentrating on the core strength. Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. No cardio work. 

Zumba 

Your high energy “feel good” class. Motivating music with simplified movements to create a fun and effective exercise session. 

Calorie Killer

The Ultimate fat Burner and toning session. This lively and spirited workout is designed for women as well as men to achieve a healthy strong body shape.  

Back Training  

Are you having back pain? Odds are that you need to strengthen it. This class is great for injury prevention, reinforcement, correct posture, equilibrium and enhanced mobility.  

Abs Buns and Thighs (ABT) 

Toning and reinforcing class targeting abs, legs and glutes as well as coordination. 

KickFit 

high intensity workout utilizing punches, kicks and various other cardio exercises 

Squash Fit 

A high intensity workout aimed at improving aspects of your squash game. But still a great class for anyone looking at getting fit fast! 

Thai Boxing 

The art of 8 limbs, utilizing elbows, knees, punches and kicks. If you love the sport of Muay Thai or if you’re a complete beginner looking to get fit feel free to come along to this dynamic class 

Hot Iron

A special training method utilizing bars and weights to music. You will definitely feel the burn and tone every part of your body.
